In the fourth round of the 2026 World Superbike Championship (WSBK) held at the Hungaroring in Hungary, Chinese motorcycle brand Zhang Xue Racing saw both its riders secure top-ten qualifying positions. Valantin Debise (No. 53) claimed sixth place, while Federico Caricasulo (No. 64) finished ninth, marking a strong collective performance.
Both riders piloted the team’s self-developed model, the ZXMOTO 820RR-RS. This event marked the first time Zhang Xue Racing competed without the protection of the new-team concession rules, facing a level playing field against established rivals.
The Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary features a 4.115-kilometer layout with 16 corners, including long high-speed straights and five heavy braking zones, presenting a significant challenge for the team’s race strategy.
The first and second main races of the Hungarian round are scheduled for 8:00 PM on May 2 and 8:00 PM on May 3 (local time), respectively.
